RAMP -Supervising the loading and unloading of baggage in an aircraft, including cargo and mail. Operating and driving ground equipment while maintaining the working conditions safe for themselves and others. SECURITY - This course also covers the aspects in Airport security such as techniques and methods used in an attempt to protect passengers, staff, aircraft, and airport property from accidental/malicious harm, crime, terrorism, and other threats.
